Product Overview
The product is made mainly by naphthalene high efficiency water reducing component combined various retarder component. There is a powder agent and a liquid agent. It is mainly used in the concrete construction in summer and large volume concrete. The quality of the product reaches up to GB8076 standard.
Basic Mechanical Design Feature
1 The high rate of reduction of waters: 12%-18%, it can improve the liquidity of the concrete drastically.
2 Improving the peaceability and reducing slump loss. No segregation, no penetration.
3 Can prolong the setting time for 3-6 hours( the setting time can be according to the requirement)
4 Can effectively delay the occurrence of the peak temperature of the concrete hydration. Having good workability.
5 Having a setting retarding effect for the initial retarding and the strength increases rapidly later as soon as concrete is final set with less effect for the late age.
6 Improve the physical mechanics performance of the concrete and rise the indicator on durability of concrete

Applicable Scope
1 Apply to various of cast-in-place concrete, pumping concrete in the hot season.
2 Apply to various large volume concrete and the concrete with retarding requirement; Various large concrete structure with anti-permeability and waterproof.
3 Apply to C40 concrete and under C40 superfluid concrete and SCC. It is the first choice for underwater filling pile concrete.
4 Apply widely to the construction of railway, highways, bridges, water conservation, water and electricity equipments, nuclear power, port and various industrial and civil construction.
Usage and usage Notice
1 Admixture: powder agent 0.7-1.5%, liquid agent 1.5-2.5% (in term of the amount of binder material)
2 The powder agent can be blended with gelled material, the liquid agent is followed by the water moisturization and extend agitation period properly.
3 Should be exactly measure, leak blending and repeating blending is not allowed.
4 Outside mixture adding is not allowed without the experience confirmation.
5 The users should confirm the optimal amount of this product on the basis of temperature and engineering experience before using it.
Packing and Storing
1 The power agent is packed in plastic woven bags of 40kgs. The liquid agent is packed in drums of 200-250kgs or transported by large jars.
2 Recommended store in dry and cool place against rain, damp, keep from heat and breakage. Validity: one year. If the product has expired, it can not be used without experience confirmation.
3 Non-flammability and non-explosive. Please take care of it.
